Ends 2 Excellence is a platform to inspire and encourage young people, especially people in lower socio-economic areas/inner city areas, with large populations of immigrants "hoods" or "Ends". The aim is to encourage the listeners to pursue professional careers
We plan to achieve this by talking to professionals from similar backgrounds that have been successful in their chosen careers. We are keen to hear your story, find out any secrets and lessons you've learned.
